The wild world of internet business, marketing tactics, strategies, and how to make money online by building BUSINESSES!

So here’s the new design I made today. Took me about 4 hours just messing around. I know, I know… I should have outsourced it. I really wanted control of how the blog looked and wanted it now! (like the blueberry girl from Willy Wonka)

So… what do you think?

I get this question ALL of the time…

“How do I drive traffic?”

Well, it’s quite a broad topic because there are literally thousands of ways to drive people to your website. But using video is the easiest and the cheapest. It’s actually free when you use YouTube and the other sites.

Here’s my story on why and how it’s so freakin’ easy to drive people to your website…

So today I was looking for videos for my new FaceBook group, “I bet I can find 1,000,000 people who want $1 Million Dollars” and I came across this video on YouTube. First off, the video has received well over 37,000 views!

Now you may be saying ok, it must be some good content… NO!

It’s a video of this person going over a TMZ report on how Chris Crocker is being sued for $1 Million Dollars. Folks, it’s a 1:07 video of NOTHING! But it got 37,000 views and counting!

Ok so what’s the strategy?

It’s well known in the public relations field. It’s called “Piggybacking.” Piggybacking is when you “piggyback” off of a current event and tie it into your marketing message. By capitalizing on current events you can gain HUGE amounts of traffic to your website.

Your Mission:

Look at the current events everyday. Create a 1 to 2 minute video on that current event and tie it into your marketing.

Use Camtasia. Windows Movie Maker. Upload to all the video sites using TubeMogul.com and watch your traffic numbers and sales soar!

It’s as easy as farting. No joke. Try it sometime. The video, not the fart.

Ok, if you like the post, leave me a comment… I’m out :)

Cheers,

Chris

Here’s the cheesy video that’s driving tons of views.

Alex Jeffreys Post Launch Profits

Written by Chris

Post Launch Profits

A couple of days ago, I got my copy of Alex Jeffreys, Post Launch Profits, not to be mistaken by Jeff Walker’s Product Launch Formula, and I must say that this is one of the most concise, step-by-step guides to making easy money online.

Alex’s website launch on December 4th and the buzz around this product is already stirring up.In Alex’s Post Launch Profits he shows you how he built his business, Easy Auction Profits, to a $100,000 business in less than one year and how you can do the same. I read the report and it’s a very simple and easy to follow plan for success.

Alex talks about:

How to create highly profitable and successful product launches and how to create an income stream that lasts for years to come, not the typical one-hit wonder.

How to search for joint venture partners and score deals left and right using his simple 5 step approach.

You’ll learn about targeted traffic and how to acquire partners that continue to throw traffic into your sales funnel day after day.

Alex reveals how he became an instant success on the internet and famous with the Internet Marketing community and how you can follow in his foot-steps to do the same.

I learned how to automate my business and and outsource menial tasks to enable me to focus on scoring big Joint Venture deals. Set It and Forget It!

I then found some great information about how to organize myself more effectively.

Alex taught me exactly what to do after the launch to actually sustain a real business. It’s one thing to launch a product and make a bunch of money and then not make money 2 weeks from now, but it;s another to have a huge launch and a business that generates sales and profits day in and day out.

http://www.postlaunchprofits.com/special/images/dvd_416x550.jpgThis is what Alex teaches you in Post Launch Profits.

My recommendation: Grab a copy now. It’s really good and will show you exactly how to score the big, the huge joint venture deals just like Alex.

FREE Language Classes?

Written by Chris

I just came across this very cool Web 2.0 website called, Mango. It’s a complete online language learning platform that contains tons of lessons. Since my girlfriend and my mom speak fluent Portguese, I figured I’d give it a try. Turns out, there over 105 Brazilian Portugese lessons of this site. The best part - it’s 100% free!
