They say the best days when you buy a boat are, 1. the day you buy it and 2. the day you sell it. Having a boat is a big pain in the arse from what I hear see. My dad had a boat once… this ugly brown, tan and taupe thing was called the Swartz Baby! I guess the guy who had it first apparently loved Space Balls.

The best boat day in my dad’s life was when he… you guessed it. Gave it to the donation house to get a tax receipt.

So I have some websites that I’m going to be selling since I’m focusing on other my other businesses. Now, I’ve sold a business before and some sites before, but I’d like to hear your feedback on selling a website.
